Fanlisting

A fanlisting is a place for all fans of a particular show, movie, actor, actress, singer, etc. to come together and build the biggest listing of people from all around the world who are fans of that subject. In other words, basically just a list of names of people who like a certain subject. This fanlisting is for David King, of the Resident Evil: Outbreak series. It is approved by the Fanlisting Network and proudly listed there.

Why David King?

David King is an awesome character and he's one of the most useful ones there as he can create many different weapons. I also love his personality and the way he is with people. And totally random, but I'm the same way with 'em!

Why 'Thorn Within'?

I wanted a name for this site to really fit David King well. It was really hard to come up with one, actually, I wanted it to have something to do with his tools, or anything about his character. David King has a very, dark, mysterious and violent past, he doesn't talk to anyone about it, so that's why I decided on Thorn Within. The "thorn" being his violent past, and "within", because he keeps it to himself and it stayed that way. Pretty stupid really, eh?

Breif history of the site

The site was opened on the 3rd of February 2005. This shrine was first hosted at sirenscall.org (the site now not active recently, and is now lastescape.org), by my friend Tara. It started off as a shrine, and later became a fanlisting, run with phpfanbase. I later moved the shrine and fanlisting when I got my own domain. From then on, David King's fanlisting was run on the better fanlisting script, Entusiast. On the 22nd of March 2007, David King was moved to his permenant home at freedom-reign.net.
